HOW IT WORKS
Just Shipping
If you already enjoy talking to customers, and want to delegate storage and shipping to us, we have one handling cost. That way your office isn’t cluttered with shipping supplies, bits and pieces of games, etc.
or Full Service
We handle all customer service. Either your website contains a parts replacement form that gets sent to us, or the request is forwarded to us, or we handle the request directly from the customer. Want to make sure you’re only paying for manufacturer issues? The customer pays for shipping if it was their fault, they bought a used game, or they just want additional pieces. This allows for recouping of some costs and will be credited back to you.
PRICING
Storage
$10 / shelf / month : We charge per shelf (4’ by 1.5’ by 1.5’) for your games. (shelf fits ~3 medium size games or 6 smaller games)
We stock a few titles in shrink, plus a few open copies. Pay for only what you use; as you scale up, pay for more. You’re a smaller company with just half a dozen titles? Just $10 a month.
Handling:
Just Shipping: Cost $1.99 per request or $2.99 for more than 6 different pieces.
Full Service: We provide all customer service. Cost $4.99 per request, any size shipment and all correspondence with the customer.
Shipping
Cost includes both shipping and packaging. Passed on directly from USPS. We use Stamps.com to get discounted rates from both USPS and UPS of up to 84%. Average cost of a shipment to the USA in 2023: $2.00
