HOW IT WORKS
Full Service or Just the Shipping
If you already enjoy talking to the customers and just want to delegate the storage and shipping of the parts to us, we have one handling cost for that. That way your office isn’t cluttered up with shipping supplies, bits and pieces of games, etc.
OR we can handle all the customer service. On your website you can have a parts replacement form, and that will go directly to us and we will handle directly. You can also forward us requests you get directly and we’ll take over from there.
Want to make sure you’re only paying for manufacturer issues? You can set up rules for us: for the customer to pay for shipping if it was their fault or they bought a used game or just want to replace a piece. This allows for some recouping of some costs and these will be credited back to you.
PRICING
Storage
Storage: We charge per shelf for your games, this is a 4’ by 1.5’ by 1.5’ shelf, fits ~3 different medium size games or 6 smaller games. We keep a backstock of a few titles in shrink plus a few open copies. Pay for only what you use, as you scale up, pay for more. $10 / shelf / month. You’re a smaller company with just half a dozen titles? Just $10 a month.
Handling
Handling (you tell us what to ship): $.50 per request or $1.99 if it has more than 6 different pieces. Saves on space for you, but you handle the Customer Service.
Handling (we provide Customer service): Contact us for pricing, you will love not having to handle individual requests for your games! Saves on space and time, you focus on your new products.
Shipping
Shipping + packaging cost: Passed on directly from USPS, we use Stamps.com to get discounted USPS and UPS rates of up to 84% off.
Our average item to the US shipped in 2023 was $2 for postage.
